When your baby leaves the NICU, the intensive support doesn't always follow you home. We built NICU Alumni to close that gap, providing free resources, community, and education to families of NICU graduates at every stage of the post-NICU journey.

Discharge day is exciting and overwhelming. Our NICU Graduation Orientation: Eat, Play, Poop, Sleep is a workshop built specifically for that moment, walking families through the four things that will define your first weeks home: feeding, development and play, digestion, and sleep.
Practical, honest, and designed by people who have lived it. We know that, "here's a folder, good luck" is not a transition plan!

NICU Discharge Enhancement Program
We partner with 25+ hospitals across the United States and beyond to ensure every family leaves the NICU with more than paperwork. Through our hospital partnerships, we provide discharge materials, resource checklists, and warm introductions to ongoing support so families know we exist before they even walk out the door.
